We live in a fast-paced world where it is easier to rip open a packet or order takeout than it is to cook. Most of what we buy today falls into the category of Ultra-Processed Foods (UPFs) — food made in factories rather than kitchens, full of chemical additives designed to last forever on a shelf.

But convenience should not come at the cost of our health or our love for food.

My recipes focus on the beauty of fresh, whole-food Indian vegetarian cooking. Cooking from scratch does not have to be intimidating, exhausting, or overly complex. By using natural spices, fresh vegetables, and simple techniques, we can create meals that nourish our families and taste better than anything out of a box.
